Shipping policy

All orders are aimed to be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Economy tracked:

All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

If you live rurally, make sure you select the Tracked Rural Shipping option at checkout. If you select Standard Tracked Shipping we will contact with the information you provided at checkout and you will be required to pay the additional rural delivery charge before we can send your order to you. If you are unsure whether your address is a Rural/Non Urban Delivery address, check the Poste Haste address checker. 

North Island - Delivery target: 2- 3 working days once dispatched

South Island -  Delivery Target: 1-2 working days once disptached

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within the postcode of 7930 (Geraldine, New Zealand).

Deliveries are made from 10am-4pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout regarding the planned delivery and when it has been delivered. 

International Shipping

To help prevent the further spread of COVID-19, many flights have been suspended, reduced or cut to affected regions. Because of this, we are seeing a significant drop in available capacity and an increase in surcharges with the airlines we ship with to send your items.

All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. 

Australia: 

Delivery Target: 3 - 10 working days

United States: 

Delivery Target: 4 - 10 working days 

Canada: 

Delivery Target: 4 - 10 working days 

United Kingdom: 

Delivery Target: 4 - 10 working days 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little People Big Emotions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lilpeoplebigemotions@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
